Our Story

It's never just about the bread.

Dapo & Dough began in our home kitchen — with a sourdough starter, flour-covered hands, and countless hours of learning.

We left the comfort of familiar careers to build a life around something we believed in. Not because it was easy, but because we wanted to create something meaningful — something our family could call our own.

Every loaf carries a little piece of the journey. From the slow fermentation of our sourdough to the first cup of coffee we serve each morning, we believe good things take time, care, and a whole lot of heart.

Somewhere along the way, Dapo & Dough became more than just a place for bread and coffee. Strangers became familiar faces. Conversations lingered a little longer. The simplest moments became the ones we treasured most.
